Delivery & pickup

We at Selseal Pak (Aust) try to make every effort to dispatch your order as quick as possible. To avoid delays or additional costs, we suggest you provide an attended address where you will be able to receive the order during normal business hours. If a work address is provided, specify in the notes section, your receiving days and hours. Please note that our Delivery Service Providers is unable to contact you prior to delivery or guarantee to deliver at a specific time. If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction, these may be passed on to you at our discretion.

In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd asks that you contact us by sending an email to website@selsealpak.com.au outlining the issues you have with the delivery. We will then either help facilitate the communication or you will need to deal with the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim.

Due to the nature of our business, we may consolidate orders for shipping, where possible, from more than one order.  The shipping charges on each order will be calculated individually irrespective of how we deliver the goods.

 

Dispatch Times and Freight Costs

What are your freight options?

Option 1 - Australia Wide Delivery: We organise delivery using our Delivery Service Providers

Option 2 - Warehouse Pickup: You can come to pickup in person or organise your own personal or courier collection from our warehouse in Sunshine North, Victoria. We will contact you when your order is ready for dispatch and provide information to help facilitate the collection.

How long will it take to Dispatch my order?

Normally 1 to 3 Business Days unless otherwise specified.

For urgent orders, please specify in the notes section when checking out. We will try our best to meet your request/s.

Once dispatched, how long does it take to deliver my order?

The below dates is based on information provided by our Delivery Service Providers. It is indicative and is only to be used as a guide. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of our Delivery Service Providers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

1 – 3 business days - Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane, Canberra, Central NSW, Country Victoria, Melbourne, Mt Gambier, Newcastle, NSW South Coast, Riverina, South East SA, Sydney, Wollongong

4-10 business days - Alice Springs, Broome, Cairns, Cape York, Central Coast QLD, Central WA, Country TAS, Darwin, Hobart, Hunter Region, Launceston, MacKay, Mining SA, North Coast QLD, North Cost NSW, North West SA, Northern Territory, Northern WA, Perth, Rockhampton, South East QLD, Southern WA, Townsville, Western NSW, Western QLD

Do you ship internationally?

Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd currently only delivers within Australia. We do not deliver to International Addresses.

Large Bulky Orders

For significant weighted orders of 100kg or more, we will contact you prior to dispatch to request more information. This is due the possibility of palletising the goods for shipment.

Free Shipping

Victoria - Orders over $850 (inc GST) FIS.

New South Wales - Orders over $1700 (inc GST) FIS.

South Australia - Orders over $1700 (inc GST) FIS.

Queensland - Orders over $2550 (inc GST) FIS.

We only offer Free Shipping for the above states only.
