Returns & refunds
Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd's products come with policies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for any defect/damage, shortage in quantity, failure to comply with the description or any other defects or major failures. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you changed your mind.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You must inspect the products on delivery and must within thirty (30) days of delivery notify Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd in writing.
Upon such notification you must allow Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd to inspect the products and notify you that we have received your returned. You accept that products returned does not automatically signify the products will qualify for a refund.
We will notify you within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products back on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
When making a return, you must provide proof of purchase to Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice to Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd at 14-16 Ayton Street, Sunshine North, Victoria, 3020 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns will only be accepted provided that:
a. You have complied with the provisions above; and
b. Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd has agreed that the Products are eligible for return; and
c. the products are returned within a reasonable time and acknowledge and agree that you will be solely liable for return delivery of the product to us; and
d. the products are returned unused and in as close a condition to that in which they were delivered as is possible. Products must be in the original packaging.
At our discretion, either refund, repair or replace any defective Products or part thereof with a new or re-manufactured equivalent at no charge to you. We will pay for delivery of repaired or replaced products to you.
If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Returns are not accepted based on the following:
a. you failing to properly maintain or store the product;
b. where the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced
c. using the product for any purpose other than that for which they were designed;
d. subjected to misuse or abnormal service or handling
e. continuing the use of any products after any defect became apparent or should have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user;
f. altered or modified in design or construction
g. failing to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by Selseal Pak (Aust) Pty Ltd;
h. fair wear and tear, any accident, or act of God.

Cancellation of Order
You are eligible to cancel an order, provided that the products have not left our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
