Artwork & Printing Plate Design

We have an in-house graphic artist that can help with the design of your artwork needs. We can use existing artwork or start from scratch and design a completely new look. Once artwork is approved, the artwork is sent to a design house for plates to be made. Our factory uses flexographic printing which can be used on all our LDPE products. The process of printing involves the ink being pressed onto the plastic bag via a rubber plate.

Requirements:

• 10mm print-free margin from all edges and zip (for resealable bags)

• .112 thickness for rubber plates

• Maximum of 4 coloured prints total for all sides

Converting and Printing

We also offer converting and printing services for those that already have material ready. Please note that we can only print up to 4 colours total from all sides. Also there are restrictions of the material when converting. Please refer to the products page for maximum product dimensions that we can service.
